Currently handling business affairs and finance at High Road Touring, this KUSF alum started out managing Santa Cruz-based college radio faves Camper Van Beethoven in 1986. By 1987 he had them signed to Virgin Records and out on tour with R.E.M. Continuing along the path of management, learned the skill sets of artist management, tour management, marketing, promotion, finance, booking, entertainment law and intellectual property rights. Followed up with a long stint at Bill Graham Management managing Cracker, Joe Henry, and Michelle Shocked. Assisted agent Frank RIley in launching High Road Touring in 2000, the agency has been awarded the Pollstar Award for "Best Boutique Agency" in 2001 and 2008.
