Susan Kevorkian is a program director with IDC's Consumer Markets program. In this role, Ms. Kevorkian manages the Consumer Markets: Audio and Consumer Navigation services. As lead audio analyst, she examines digital audio hardware, content and services. She provides insight on and in-depth analysis of portable media players, A/V and DVD receivers, the music industry, online and wireless music services, and terrestrial and satellite digital radio hardware and services among other topics.
Ms. Kevorkian has been quoted in a variety of publications, including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Billboard, and has been featured on CBS and CNBC TV programs.
Prior to joining IDC, Ms. Kevorkian worked in various capacities for Borders Books and Music, MarchFirst, and Salon.com. She attended Thunderbird School of Global Management where she completed a Masters of Business Administration in International Management. She also holds a B.A. in history and French from Washington University in Saint Louis.
