As it becomes more difficult to convince viewers and
listeners to pay for digital entertainment, companies will need to invest
in building long-term, trusted relationships with their consumers if they
wish to get paid. Technologies such as personalized recommendations will
be essential if entertainment brands want to form these bonds. We will
lead a discussion using examples of how (and how not) to win over
consumers with interesting and exciting experiences around music.

Jac will be interviewed by Michael Fitzgerald. Michael Fitzgerald writes about innovators and their impact. His writing appears in the Boston Globe Magazine, The Economist, Fast Company, Inc. and the New York Times, among others. He is a 2011 Nieman Fellow at Harvard University.
