Cory Brown, GM, Spindle Music
Cory Brown is the General Manager of Spindle Music, IODA’s innovative new physical distribution and retail marketing arm. He is also the owner and founder of Absolutely Kosher Records, a Bay Area new music label now celebrating its thirteenth year with releases by Withered Hand, Himalayan Bear, Sybris, Laarks and (fingers crossed) the Wrens, among others. Last year, he founded the I Buy Music initiative which uses positive reinforcement to raise consciousness of the positive impact that purchasing music has on musicians, their families and professional support networks.
