Tim Bierman
Manager, Ten Club
Pearl Jam's Official Fan Organization

Tim Bierman has managed the Ten Club since 1998. In those ten years, he has taken an enthusiastic, start-up fan club and steered it toward a fiscally viable example of what a fan organization can be in today's volatile music industry climate.

Bierman began his career in music at the age of 14, playing in bands and hustling gigs in suburban St. Louis. At 18, he left the midwest and headed to Montana for college. There he found his place on the staff - and later as an owner of - Rockin' Rudy's Records. Bierman spent the next seventeen years there as buyer and manager. After a brief stop in San Francisco at Amoeba Records, he moved to Seattle to help his old Montana friend, Pearl Jam Bassist Jeff Ament, find a new direction for the Ten Club.

Along the way, Bierman has directed the launch of www.pearljam.com and developed the proprietary infrastructure that runs one of the industry’s most successful sites. Bierman has been instrumental in developing Pearl Jam's legendary bootleg programs and oversees production for Pearl Jam's Monkey Wrench record label.

Michael Fiebach
DJShadow.com

Mike Fiebach was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 2005, Mike moved to San Francisco to attend the renowned San Francisco State University Music Recording Industry Program, which he completed in 2006. In April 2006 he was hired by DJ Shadow to run ShopDJShadow.com (the official DJ Shadow Web Store). In November of that year, Mike's position was expanded to running Shadow’s entire online operation and merchandising; including e-commerce management for DJ Shadow's online store, djshadow.com content management, social networking, merchandise management, and independent distribution and project management. Mike coordinated the merchandise for the DJ Shadow 2007 Outsider Tour (US and Australia) and the DJ Shadow & Cut Chemist 2008 Hard Sell Tour (US and Europe).

Since 2006, Mike has worked on various major projects for Shadow, perhaps the most notable of which was Project Management and Conceptual Assistance for the new DJShadow.com, which included the DJ Shadow Digital Download Store; the first independently operated artist download store to license music from a major label for online download sales. Mike worked closely with attorneys, record labels and artists to create the new store, pricing, and distribution. In August 2009, Mike and DJ Shadow relaunched DJShadow.com with the help of the highly respected web design firm Euro RSCG to provide a unique new site and storefront for the digital downloads mark that he helped create.

In addition to the DJShadow.com relaunch, Mike has managed notable DJ Shadow projects such as The 4-Track Era Collection, The L-R-G clothing collaboration, The Hard Sell (With Cut Chemist) merchandise line, an exclusive DJ slipmat with Dr. Suzuki, and the Diminishing Returns 2CD re-release.
